IntegrAGE movie is out!
The IntegrAGE project aims to support the labour market integration of workers aged 55 and above across the Danube Region, promoting the spread of age-friendly workplace practices. By fostering cooperation among partner countries, the project provides practical guidance and inspiration for companies seeking to value experience, strengthen intergenerational collaboration, and create sustainable, inclusive working environments.
This film is an important part of that mission. It showcases one age-friendly company from each partner country, highlighting concrete workplace practices that help older employees remain active, motivated, and supported. Through short interviews, viewers gain insight into how companies facilitate the work–family–life balance of their 55+ workforce, what measures they introduce to maintain wellbeing and productivity, and how they build cultures in which older workers’ skills and experience are recognised.
Presenting these examples is essential, as demographic change and labour market challenges increasingly require new approaches to engaging and retaining older employees. The film offers a closer look at how companies across the region are already responding with innovative, human-centred solutions that make workplaces more resilient and inclusive for everyone.
